Our Short and Sweet Ceremonies are a more traditional-looking ceremony, without the old-school traditional feel. Our ceremonies are fun and meaningful and will keep your guests engaged and following along. I mean, you’re marrying your best friend, that’s worth being excited about and celebrating, right?! We don’t want any guests snoozing or wondering when it’s going to be over and we want you to love every second of being up there.This is the main event! And we’re going to make it great!

What’s Included:

When you book the DTK Chapel for a Short and Sweet Ceremony, you have exclusive access to the chapel for 60 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time for your ceremony, for photos and to hang out with your closest people! As your guests enter the fully renovated space, they can make use of our super comfy and inviting lounge area to chat and take photos while they wait for the ceremony to begin. As they enter the chapel through the custom herringbone barn doors, they’ll be blown away by the modern feel and details.

We have 37 white Eames chairs, an in-house audio system, and perfect lighting for photos. Your 10-12 minute ceremony performed by a registered marriage officiant, is guaranteed to set a good vibe as you celebrate one of the biggest moments of your life in front of your favourite people.

After the ceremony, you can take advantage of the beautiful custom molding on the feature wall for family photos and portraits, before walking to any one of a handful of popular photo spots, like Goudies Lane, Vogelsang Green or Victoria Park, all under a few minutes walk from us (check out this page for location inspo).

We will send your marriage licence to the Office of the Registrar General and give you your next steps to get your Marriage Certificate!
